EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We hope you love all your Artstori garments, but if something is not right you can easily return it for an exchange, credit or refund. If you return it to us within 10 days of receiving it and it is in original condition and unworn, Tags attached, unwashed and free from makeup and perfume.
Our policy lasts 10 days after delivery. If 10 days have passed by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
We do not refund sale items but if you want to exchange sizes and we have the size available we are happy to exchange.
FAULTY GARMENTS
If our Artstori clothing arrives to you faulty or damaged we are so sorry and we will offer a full refund, we will also pay for the shipping to return to us.
PAYMENT
We accept Laybuy, PayPal, EFTPOS, Credit card, Artstori gift cards or bank deposit, if using bank deposit please use your order number and last name as a reference, your item will not be sent until you make payment. To use gift cards please use the code emailed to you at the checkout.
Refunds will be processed using the method you used to pay.
POSTAGE AND TRACKING
We post Monday to Friday, if you order over the weekend your garment will be sent on Monday, providing it is not a public holiday. When we post your garment, you will be emailed along with a tracking number.
RETURNING
Please fill in the returns form that arrived with your garment, please track your returns to make sure they arrive safely and address them to
